1. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days.

Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Shipping to the West Coast (e.g., California, Washington, Oregon) or remote areas may take longer due to carrier transit times. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Promotional Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. The specific threshold for free shipping (e.g., orders over a certain dollar amount) will be clearly displayed on our website's announcement bar or at the time of checkout. Eligibility for free shipping is calculated based on the order subtotal after any discounts are applied and before taxes.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers does not ship to P.O. Boxes, we will contact you to request an alternative address.
5. DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES PET CHEWS™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). However, if your package is lost or arrives significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@petchews.shop so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At this time, we only ship within the United States.
