At PET CHEWS™, we stand behind the quality of our products, but we also prioritize safety and fairness. We want you to shop with total confidence, which is why we offer a transparent and structured return process.

📦 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or report an issue with your order.

🔄 How It Works:

  • Unopened & Opened Packages: If you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or your dog didn't love the treats, you can return the product. To maintain our safety standards, the package must be safely packed and returned to our warehouse.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives defective, damaged, or we made a mistake with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@petchews.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. A physical return of the item is required to process your request.

💰 Your Return Options & Prepaid Labels

To start a return, email us at sales@petchews.shop and let us know which of the following options you prefer. We will then provide a prepaid return shipping label straight to your email.

  1. 100% FREE Return for Store Credit (Recommended): Choose this option, and you will receive the full value of your product in store credit to try any other premium chew or treat in our store immediately upon receipt of your package. No fees deducted.

  2. Refund to Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund to your card, a standard fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Note: All store credits or refunds will be processed immediately after the returned package is received and inspected at our facility.

⏳ Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is generated and the package leaves our warehouse, you must follow our standard return process upon arrival.
